Eileen M. Horschel was born in Buffalo, New York. She attended Washington State University, graduating in 1997 with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree. She received her Juris Doctorate degree in 2002 from Gonzaga School of Law in Spokane, Washington.

Eileen is currently the Director for the South Bay Bar Association where she has provided her services pro bono for the South Bay Bar Association’s Annual Law Day and is the chair of the Social Committee.
Ms. Horschel has handled matters in both State and Federal Court and is a member of the California State Bar.
