At S&L Medical Group, we have 12 convenient locations throughout Southern California that are fully equipped to expedite all your immigration medical examination. Most immigration applicants will need just one visit to complete all the required exam. During the visit, we will review your vaccination record, obtain all required blood and urine tests, perform the medical examination, and provide required vaccinations. Completed form I-693 or N-648 will be ready for pick-up as soon as all the test results are processed.
All immigration medical exams are conducted by a civil surgeon, a doctor designated by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to perform immigration physicals and sign the required form. We offer immigration physicals to children older than 6 months and adults of all ages.
